Yes, your charge is processed right away. Initially, it might appear as an authorization on your account, and once it’s confirmed, it will be reflected as a charge on your statement.
Yes, we offer that service. You can either request a completely new design or customize an existing one from our shop. Feel free to change the font, quote, image, or anything else you desire. Alternatively, you can send us your own design, and we’ll handle the printing and shipping based on your specifications.
If you provide us with an incorrect address and the shipment has not yet been sent out, please email us as soon as possible, and we will update it to the correct address. However, if the shipment has already been dispatched, we cannot be held responsible for re-sending the item to a new address. Please ensure that you enter the correct address when placing your order.
If you receive a faulty item, please send us a picture of it along with your order number. If the item is defective or deteriorates after the first wash, we will provide a free replacement without requiring you to return the original item. Just a photo of the faulty item is all we need.
