RETURN & REFUND

At Thekosten Familys, we strive to ensure your greatest satisfaction with every purchase you make. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order or if you receive a defective item, we are here to assist you with our convenient Refunds and Returns Policy. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully to understand how the process works:

1 – Changing Or Cancellation:

12 HOURS TO CHANGE OR CANCEL

  • You have the option to change order information ( shipping address, phone number, customizations, etc. ) or cancel the order within 12 hours of placing it.
  • To request changes or cancel an order, please contact our Customer Support team immediately at [email protected]
  • If the order has not been processed for shipping, we will gladly make the necessary adjustments or cancel the order and issue a full refund.

2 – Refund & Return:

30-Day Return and Refund: 

If you’re not satisfied, return the product within 30 days of receipt. Eligible returns should be:

 • Unused, unworn, and in original condition.

 • With original tags and packaging.

 • Accompanied by proof of purchase.

 • Only returns from the U.S. are accepted.

Defective Items: 

For returns due to defects, damages, or incorrect product details (like size or color), provide photographic evidence. We’ll handle return shipping and offer a full refund or replacement, with no restocking fee.

Change of Mind: 

If you return an item due to change of mind, you’ll cover the shipping costs. There are no restocking fees for these returns.

Sale Items: Items bought on sale can only be refunded if they’re defective.

Non-Eligible Returns: Used items returned in unsellable condition will be denied for return. We’ll inform you about any such decisions.

Return Options:

 • In-Store: Drop off at any of our stores.

 • By Mail: Include your receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Labels:

 • For defective items, print the return label provided.

 • For non-defective items, a return label is included in the shipment.

Refund Process:

1. Contact us with your order number and photos of the item.

2. We review requests within 24 hours.

3. Upon inspection of the returned item, we’ll process the refund within 2-3 business days.

Refunds may take 3-5 business days to appear in your account.
